LEICESTER DEFENDER DRAWS COMPARISON WITH ALVES

Leicester City defender James Justin has played at left-back and at right-back for the Foxes this season to show his versatility thus receiving high praise from his former manager at Luton Town, Nathan Jones. Nathan Jones was the manager at Luton Town while James Justin played for the club from 2016 till 2019.

He told TalkSports that James Justin has surpassed expectations at Leicester City as he compared him to Brazilian fullback Dani Alves. According to Nathan Jones, James Justin is in the mould of fullbacks like Dani Alves and Jordi Alba. He believes that James Justin has the quality to play for a big club like Barcelona just like Dani Alves and Jordi Alba did.
Dani Alves played for Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona for eight years between 2008 and 2016, while Jordi Alba is still a player representing the Nou Camp giants. Dani Alves plays for Sao Paulo in his native Brazil these days as he's still going strong at the age of 37.

Leicester City defender James Justin was a key player at Luton Town in the English League One in the penultimate season and he helped them to gain promotion into the English Championship at the start of the last campaign. James Justin left Luton Town to sign for the Foxes at the start of last season. Leicester City paid £8m to secure the signature ofthe player from Luton Town last summer. James Justin was not a key member of the Leicester City team until the Premier League resumed in June from the hiatus caused by Coronavirus as he was able to take advantage of the serious knee injury sustained by Ricardo Pereira who was the first choice right-back in the team ahead of James Justin. Since the league restarted in June, James Justin has played 32 games in all competitions for the Foxes.
